I agree with you Newborn, I said exactly this in April when that 'dud' announcement was made - it was just a holding pattern exercise - no new news - big news is always complicated and can't be guaranteed to happen on plan and timing. Hence the scurry to fill the gaps when something behind the scenes must have caused a last minute hitch - the bigger and more complex the news, the more likely there will be a last minute hitch that delays things. I am hoping for the biggest last minute hitch they can find.
