Most recent BRR and ann suggests the $33M will come from senior secured debt. Just need that 0.5Mlbs pa offtake to get it across the line.
I don't expect a rights issue so no CR.
Given latest proposal with phased progression PEN will be funding stages II and III with revenue.
There's a likelihood now that we will not have another CR at PEN.......there's something to put into your collective pipes and smoke it.
