So i would say, PEN has the lowest capex and opex operating figures and in these markets condition seem to be one of the few very viable options for production especially as management is proactive and gaining a sales agreement, strategic partner and building funds before asking for project funding.. So you could say pen has more potential or realistic potential than other uranium players... Being in Wyoming (Mining Town) also separates PEN from the rest.. Permitting is more common in Wyoming, looked upon favorably, especially uranium....
