However I agree it is also good to have a basket of junior miners like PEN and many including me have loaded up as they have rebalanced the index. As the only ETF in this market it will IMO gain investor inertia as the spot price increases and is likely to out perform as it did in 2011.

With the BAP spot today at $26 we are at a pivotal turning point IMO and at $27 spot price this market will IMHO aggressively move forward. PEN is very well placed as I indicated in my FIRST post to make very large gains as Uranium spot prices increase. With Cameco now buying Spot significantly the last couple of days we will quickly see prices increase further.
