I beg to differ, as has been demonstrated to me in very recent weeks. There is a load of investors funds waiting in the wings for good opportunities.
There is activity occurring atm here that I personally find mind boggling and I am in awe of the person leading the way.
What I am referring to isn't PEN or PEN related, merely pointing out that funds are there. The "lost" money from the GFC didn't just vanish, it is seemingly still there just waiting for the right home.
