philgrm I agree with that completely. It requires a strong case to be put forward but the funds are there. Definately not as easy as pre-GFC as you rightly state.
Nothing is ever guaranteed, however PEN has displayed a lot of positives that will fair very well provided they continue this path.
Time will tell as usual though.
