The debt of PDN is the greatest concern. With the U price as it is will the funding be sufficient to take PDN past June 2016?
Both PDN and PEN share the effects of significant dilution. However PEN (currently) debt free.
PEN I doubt will go back to the heady levels short term (those that entered in the highs of Jan-Mar 2011 will have a long wait), but IMO has far more short term upside than PDN due to the benefits of ISR and the now way oversold price of PEN providing excellent contrarian entry at these levels. At low risk now IMO.
This, along with the debt, from Nov 14 stopped me looking at PDN as an alternative. Simply too high risk.
