buc, I'm confident we would have been testing the 5c resistance post SML had it not been for our dear friends at PALA placing the wall at the mid 3's.

They've been a seller at every opportunity since Barton resigned late last year so it's clear to me that they want out now for whatever reason.
At bit of research will also reveal they have rebalanced their portfolio overall and PEN no longer features on their website as one of their darlings....1+1=2 right?

When they're out of the picture, the offtake agreement arrives and funding is announced we'll talk again right!
