Greed fear, I disagree.
The amout of shares being issued is not that great in the scheme of things and many shareholders will have already sold part of their holding at 80 and many won't sell at all.
If it was a 1-1 underwritten entitlement offer at 50 cents then that is a different ball game and would send the share price down and hard.
