Have read all your posts on this subject and others. My feelings are that you have made a good case for "none compulsory voting". I used to always think that the right to vote was a privilege and at least compulsory voting got even the most apathetic person to think about it at least once every 3 years. Now I am of the opinion that unless you know something about how the system works and operates you would be doing the country a service not voting. Anyhow have posted a link for some information that be of interest.
