Fellow posters and Englfc,

Try to not take my posts as trying to influence the sp. Totally wrong. I consider myself as pragmatic. Having said that I spend more time looking for the negatives and things that can go wrong than the positives. All other company postings are the same style. It is a shame the last 3 posts have been moderated as all have a realistic and important message.

However that is not the reason for this post. In response to Englfc concern, just remember early June (say 3 weeks away) the notice of the AGM will come out. It is not inconceivable that the directors will be trying for more performance options. It would be timely on their behalf.

Mike did say in his presentation his boss was the most brilliant engineer he had ever worked with. He could well be. I dont believe this is baiting as it is a realistic possibility and one that needs discussion prior to the Notice being sent out.
