while I think the cr was a lousy one with 10% of the company sold off too cheaply (15% if options are exercised as expected), there are one or two problems with your logic.
The sp is back at cr level already with the shares not yet having been issued. If the sophs try to sell out 100 million shares prior to results announced which should happen anytime within the next three weeks then the share price will sink significantly lower especially considering current general market conditions. The same is true for the half million the directors are buying (if shareholders approve this).
There is little doubt that those who participated in the raise will hold into the announcement. My fear is that come positive announcement They sell out for a short term profit thereby capping the price and frustrating long term holders.
