pending court decision

Has anyone heard anything of late about the pending result to be handed down by the judge?

The last we heard was back in December when the judge reserved his discision.

With the price doubling in under 2 weeks, there surey has to be an opinion that the Judge will award in EMA's favour???

I see this as the only over hang on the stock. Once cleared up, you will know doubt see more buying come through.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
