I have been informed via a chain of sources (not sure about its validity though) that CoA is likely to deliver results by end of Feb which was always on their agenda and hence AVQ mentioned that they will check with COA if verdict is not issued during month of Feb.

Can other who also have sources pls confirm/validate this claim? Again this is not a ramping trick and one should not take this note in making a decision in buying/selling AVQ. DYOR
