Personally I am holding my funds ready to convert in Nov. I see more benefit putting money into the TMZ bank rather than buying cheaper shares only to further dilute my holdings by a CR.
Not sure what is keeping the brake on as recent announcements are positive, perhaps with all the diversions that are going on in the world at the moment TMZ has been forgotten.....at least just for the moment.
