Great find Jimmy,
Cant help but feel the section about downticks reflects on some price behavior with SMN we have seen over the last 18 months. Obviously that has also been aided by some director selling.
And selling into announcements - anyone remember the constant 500K seller after the delta announcement. Proceeded a capital raising also.
Lets hope there is no similar tactics used on any future positive announcements.
