22 May 2015, the 20 year extension of the Pase PSC was executed at a formal signing ceremony
held at the Indonesian Petroleum Association’s annual conference.
Triangle was been awarded a 20 year extension to the Pase Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with effect from February 2012. Best case they got a 17 year extension
Back on the 24 Nov 14 TEG announced that
the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Sudirman Said, confirmed that the Pase oil and gas block in Aceh is to be managed by Triangle’s joint venture partner PT Perusahaan Daerah AcehDevelopment (“PDPA”), a company owned by the Aceh local government. Triangle will be appointed operator of the block for a further 20 years.
