No it appears that they signed the Deal (the contract) last year when they were still attempting to renew the PASE agreement (which expired back in 2012 and has been running on 6 monthly extensions), they now have a 20 year renewal (which starts retrospectively from 2012) in other word they now have an agreement (the one signed in may 2015) to exploit the patch of dirt for the next 17 years as the Indos are taking the last three years that TEG has been operating PASE into account.
