Just schedule the meetings!

In all my time as a shareholder in mutiple companies, have I ever known a company to take so long to 'schedule a meeting' to approve a transaction!! Of course the respective transactions are going to be approved, why wouldn't they be? But the inability to schedule a meeting tells me something else is going on.....

Endless announcements about Gridcomm and Dropsuite are all good and well. But they mean nothing unless ODN & EXM actually become Gridcomm and Dropsuite.
