    The head of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Phils) thinks the new mining policy will address the uncertainty of local authorities to over-ride the 1995 Mining Act. I'm less certain on that. We'll see - Pres says due mid Feb. March might be optimistic, never is always possible.
