Perhaps there is something to say about posting guidelines and relevance. IMO, "Still on track for 2016" belongs in the "humour" section. And if the policy rolls out as is and ties up the granting of approvals even more and people still type "Still on track for 2016", then it belongs in the "science and medicine" section as evidence that even the most moronic of our species can use a computer.
