Found this under scott trade. I thought that financing was decided until November, however reading this there may be truth to rumour.
The recovery of the commodities markets and better availability of financing have sparked new activity in the small mining and exploration groups sector of Australia. Many projects are being newly considered after they were shelved just months ago, and mergers and acquisitions are also growing in number. The pending retirement as chair at Sundance Resources by industry stalwart George Jones could be crowned with a major investment deal. The takeover move by Cape Lambert Iron Ore on Corvette Resources however has encountered difficulties.
