I don't subscribe to this rebalancing theory for the Neuren activity last Friday after close,
1. Unless I missed it, NEU didn't move in the March rebalancing, so there was no need for any of the fund manages to include it in their portfolios.
2. For that much volume to go through with a relatively small change in the share price, It had to have been a prearrange.
You don't just rock up at 4pm to buy $40m shares and hope there's a seller who has a few million share to sell at the market price.
I'm far from expert so help me out here, have I missed something?
