Pending Senate Decision, page-212

Hi all,
Enjoy reading all your comments and banter.
I hold a small position (and i mean small but your standards) but i've only recently started out in the stock market. But i have a great feeling about this one and am considering increasing my position.

I just noticed on the congress.gov site that there's been 9 actions added to the bill (up to 13 now from 4 earlier today).

These are dated 20/11/2014 and state" Introduced in Senate, Type of action" introduction and referral, Action by: Senate"

Wish I had a clue what this means...there's 9 of them saying the same thing.
