If we could expect positive news on LC then there would be no reason to force the issue by going to court. I think it’s the opposite , no news before June 9th at least and Dr Irminger-Finger is trying to get an extension or change to the agreement.
The Board under continuous disclosure obligations couldn’t be holding back positive news.
