Exactly, they are obligated by law to ann any news related to the company and progress / developments of said trials, They are not allowed to withhold any information that is material to their share holders / share price unless they go to a Trading Halt. I certainly agree that Dr IIF would probably prefer a sit down with the BOD and come to an agreement before dragging this through the courts. That been said though; if Dr IIF and TW have started Legal Proceedings then one would have to assume, that surely they have already had a sit down with the BOD and got no where in the first place.

We can assume and conjecture as much as we want, but in the end we will have absolutely no effect on the out come of this case and hopefully if Ariadna is going to make statements they will be Factual and covered by some sort of proof.

I did not claim this as a statement. I mentioned in my post thats its just my opinion which I supported with some facts as well.
Everyone is responsible for their investment and I do not urge to sell and buy their shares.
Anyway time will show and we just have to wait till any clarifications or announcements will be released.
