    Another 1% today but my assessment is profit taking by traders following the rumor. They will quickly buy back-in if any ann is forthcoming.

    I also think whomever it is has their 10% which could be added to Creasy 40% to make a controlling offer without any full takeover (hope not) but it is a risk for small holders.

    I dont see a partial offer but stopping at 10% and not proceeding to 19.9% suggests to me its a staging play to sit at the table. IMO
