Penfolds imitations using altered names like Benfolds, and the same letter fonts and labels are being sold openly in China.
No sign of any action, and seeing it's China IP/Patent/Trademark protection is going to be a nightmare to enforce.
So somehow TWE is hit with 100% tarrifs for dumping.. when really they're selling at higher margins into China then Australia (the opposite of dumping), and now we have our Trademarks infringed. Way to go chinese government.
