I think you are missing my point all along, it is about consistency, independent of decision making and especially under Morrison, perceived to be the top US stooge. In that case you can lump me together with Paul Keating's thought as we are China apologists. Who am I, you are even Mickyban to argue with Keating, one of the most successful Treasurer and PM in our history. He makes sense to me, not the rhetoric of ASPI and Dutton.

We should get the boycott completed of Beijing 22 as well as cancel the Darwin lease and get the ST pain over with in one swoop. Clear out all the issues, reset the relationship and move on from here rather than this lingering scrapping at the bottom of the barrel or was it many levels below that basement.
