As you referred Suhanko says they start construction 2024.
However the actual Suhanko is about 50 km, not 15 km from Kingsrose Northernmost reservation

unless they will have satellite mine on the Northern part of the Penikat intrusion where they have even an old mining permit in the half of the mineralization, which is not in Natura 2000.

With Suhanko we can consider the third and biggest obstacle for a mining project, after expoloraton and mining permits. Suhanko has just filed renewed environmental permit, but it has not been publicly announced. The permit authority has asked for supplements, and it may take a year or years to get the documents ready. Terrafame and Hannukainen permit processes lasted 5years. Terrafame permit acccepted in June 2022 is under the appeal. Hannukainen permit got returned to the permit authority and the cycle is starting again

With appeals, it would be unlikely that Suhanko would start 2026
