    Your 'take' is compelling. I read it has 2 separate activities happening in parallel. You are reading it as the 2 strategies converging or merging.

    That is quite possible. Not totally convinced - but certainly possible. Either that or an error in the announcement.

    Either way, it is excellent progress - one a bit better than the other.
