there were 4 major director share purchases recorded in the past 2 months, whats the bet they knew this acquisition would be occurring and hence have a significant rise in SP way back then.. exactly when does insider trading kick in, is 2 months lead time considered outside the boundaries? or doesnt ASIC care about small players such as this ....
