Same feedback that I got but non-holders will never believe that, if it's one lesson I've learnt if you are cleaning up a mess through over-promising and under-delivering, the only promise you make is to take the time to step out of the rapids, logically go through and unpack everything and only go back and promise when you have arrived at the outcome, whatever outcome that is. It takes courage to step out and do this.
