$1billion is what it cost to get to PEN stage and that's after 15 years of building a project, but only if it can produce or show it can anywhere near nameplate and ramp up to 3m lbs in the future.
So far the Ross area has been difficult to mine but now have the Kendrick area permit which could have a different host ore structure and more mineable.
