That last traded at 1/3 of book value.
New management that is adressing all the issues that withheld me from investing again (I held a position about two years ago, sold with a moderate loss)
That deals with contractual obligations at very
low cost.
That will be ramping up production from here, regardless of Heili's unrealistic guidances in the past.
And yes, ofcourse months of delay have an effect on years to come.. Everything is shifted behind because of that..

Investing (and funding as well) is about trust, and Heili lost all credibility. That has changed, so I regained interest in PEN again.. With valid arguments.. And yes, I'm new here because of that.. Regardless of what you think.. Not a single reason why my posts should be pulled down.
