When PEN got to 6c everything on the charts was screaming overbought....that's not to say that the uptrend has ended just that it was time for a rest. I see now the daily stochastic is oversold and is turning up. also the SP has found support at the 38.2% retrace line and also at the andrews fork centreline. also the volume has dropped right off........all signs that PEN may well bottom here. We'll see but as of now I have started to buy a few.
