OGC today broke out of a strong pennant/flag formation on the daily chart. It presents a target of $3.70 in the coming weeks. There is however a gap that was formed today as well. If the Greek crisis deepens and gold becomes more popular we may see the gap close after the $3.70 target is hit.
The $3.70 target is of great significance because it is also above the area of strong resistance on the weekly chart.  The success of hitting the target relies on being able to push above the resistance around $3.50-3.60
Look to tomorrow and the remainder of the week for confirmation of the breakout. Holding above $3.20 is the key.
