Hmmm ... I have the 50% retrace (of that previous down move to 2.7c, at 3.3/3.4c ... and the way it rallied so fast then sold off (while closing the gap to 3.1) suggests a bear rally to me.
The close will confirm.
I have read heaps about SYS recently and still can't find funding data or anything concrete that clarifies anticipated economics (other than Peak Oil references) of coal to diesel at Clinton.
