    Was support for the AUD/USD 0.9880? and if it breaks (or closes below) I should say, then it opens up a descent towards 0.9700? Surely the AUD/USD is due a correction.

    You have suggested the 61.8 retracement target to fill the gap at 9270, I'm not sure you were being serious, but I like the sound of it anyway.
