    I appreciate your praise of my ability to foresee the movement of PEN share price You3OAte.

    Your question of "when will it be darkest before the dawn" is likely the daunting mind boggling dilemma all are churning and losing sleep over at nights.

    To ease the concerns for many, I have placed a U308 chart for all below.

    I expect Spot Price U308 to see a low of approx. $20 a pound.
