I'm a player in the A/C industry in Perth and IMO they will not sort their "crap" out for a long time. Old management and direction is gone (who I knew fairly well) new one is certainly not setting the world on fire. They managed to turn Grant's A/C from a very profitable business to now a worthless asset in a couple of years. My mates in the A/C industry (private companies) in Qld are killing the pig and have been for the last three years (exponential growth) and Cool or Cosy have not tackled the issues that the rest of the industry have largely overcome that I raised in a post a couple of months back.
Good luck to holders but this is one ship that will be lucky to be a penny dreadful in the future. IMO....
