Bugger the " when the penny drops ",

When are we going the hear who is the not institutional investor on the registry?? Weren't we going to be informed in a couple of days?

That announcement is now a week old, the only thing we have is a 'firm commitment'......where's the $20 million??

There needs to be changes in the Board and management at CDU for this project to come to fruition. The AGM is looming. Perhaps WM is trying to secure his tenure via this deal?
