Hi Capt .....well for one thing most of us were not paying attention and asking the right questions. A lot of people went away with an strong impression that was not right. This most likely help cement some powerful biases towards the JV that other wise may not have been so strong.


Secondly I do not know. Probably nothing .... just a lost in translation moment.

Take over bids to be successful need a big foot hold to start with say 10-15%. I do not think that has even come close to happening so far. But if a hostile foot hold entry was lurking in the background now would be the occasion.
