    Chinese version and western version of o4 are the same other than a small plastic cup, chinese markings and of course the modified membrane with different cut off for dope.
    So by adding a cup it doesnt matter which version they use and whos to say vincent medical wasnt producing the chinese version anyway.
    My guess is they probably are.

    DR SUN had nothing to do with setting up SIYI they are agovt backed co so your off the mark there in my book leo.
