I think it's fair to say a number of emails & letters are descending upon our esteemed leaders...it is time for them to step up or step aside & be replaced by good people who will run the corporation as it should be run, with an actual interest in the share price.
Into the ninth month since the relist, all we have are a succession of empty promises & a penny stock. They refuse to engage, they will not even admit who is really in charge - our CEO has written that all he can say is that Albidon is NOT being run from the Perth offices, I have the emails where he says this!
The Board could not care less, they hardly ever reply - all pressure must be applied for change. Board & management will continue happily with the status quo ad infinitum unless WE wake up & force them into positive action.
Our Board & management look down on we shareholders as an irritant & an inconvenience, they think they can operate outside of good governance & potentially of the law.
Our CFO & Company Secretary has advised the board and our CEO on numerous occasions of their responsibility as directors/officers and the various legislation they should be aware of and comply with - he can not advise as to whether the Board or our CEO is not complying with the regulations. Why not, is someone telling him not to - he is in a very good position to know after all! If they are fully in compliance then they would volunteer this information willingly you might think - you must draw your own conclusions.
We invest here for the enormous potential that Munali offers, plus the excitement of further expansion - the rewards must be for ALL & not just a select few at the helm of OUR company plus our majority shareholder.
