if 16m Volume can get us to 8.5 (20% increase) though I don't know what the ave has been this morning, but I would say now that at 7.5c this may prove to be good buying.

I have sent two emails of to RFE with no response, but I bet you that 16m volume is from a leak and as always, they cant speak to me as a shareholder but will let something out of the bag to someone.....hope I am wrong on the leak and right on the news.

One of my account holdings RFE, if I bought 100k now I could reduce my average from 60 to 15, but I did that at 43.

Anyway regardless, perhaps end of tax time and we may see some news and gains
