as you described happened to me
got to know someone in the company the lies that were told to me looking back,I didnt think another person would do .
I was young and had only started trading I was pouring money into this stock at every chance it got to a point he would ring me to tell me about upcoming announcements before being released to the market,I couldn't believe my luck.
What an idiot I was, this went on for 2 years before i finally woke up THAT it was a big CON.
Ive come a long way since then ,I dont put big money in unless I've followed a company for a certain length of time and really understand the company, and the make up of the individuals behind the company.
The company that taught me a lesson is still trading,its name has changed 3 times since then and the people have cahnged
by passing the baton to their mates who then start with the new promise only to repeat the performance.
