Our partner Venus is suing Spectrum in the supreme court.
Venus is claiming they were cheated in the way that Spectrum acquired Penny West.
The market thinks Venus has a case: Venus SP up 40% Spectrum in TH but down 25%.
The Penny West deal is a year old so why sue now?
Because Spectrum have a major gold find on their hands.
This dispute doesn't directly involve Rox but it confirms that Penny West is big and on the same strike we are currently drilling.
