No, you are generalising.

Are you saying that politicians and mass media outlets always report the truth, that their journalism is beyond reproach. Radicals exist on both sides of the political spectrum. Left radicals will murder in the name of climate change or animal rights. Right radicals will murder in the name of believing in an unknown truth, Both are wrong and both will have some form of mental illness.

As for covid the following were considered conspiracies but have since proven to be wrong -

1. Covid origins, lefties believe covid originated from bat transmission at the wet markets. Any suggestion to the contrary was a conspiracy. There is strong evidence supporting the Wuhan lab leak.

2. If you get the covid vaccine, you will not die and you will not transmit the covid disease. Any suggestion to the contrary was a conspiracy. We now know people who got the covid vaccine still died, and were still able to spread the disease.

3. Masks would prevent the spread of disease. Any suggestion to the contrary was a conspiracy. There is scientific evidence proving that masks cannot and do not stop you from spreading or catching the disease. Masks were for show, part of the overall fear campaign.

4. Lockdowns were the only way to limit the spread of covid. Any suggestion to the contrary was a conspiracy. We now know that Sweden was among the few countries that did not enforce strict lockdown measures but instead relied more on voluntary and sustainable mitigation recommendations. An independent commission that evaluated the response found that Sweden managed to keep excess mortality lower than 31 other European countries who had strict lockdown policies.

Do not assume that you know everything. We know nothing, we only know what we are allowed to know. Everything else is called a conspiracy. I would rather live with an open mind accepting all possibilities rather than nodding my head and agreeing with main stream media and what politicians tell us. Politicians like Dan Andrews and Anna Palaszczuk who were frothing at the bit telling us that the views other than their own were conspiracies. It seems to me that the term conspiracy is just a lefty tool used to discredit known unknowns.

Covid came from a wet market, as was claimed from the beginning. The idiots were claiming it was a conspiracy by china to infect the planet.
The the vaccines became the conspiracy according to the idiots as Govts were killing people off, and the vax's didn't work. These claims are continually from conservatives. When you add in the wacko claims about 9/11, the Soris's, Bill gates, Climate change, etc etc, which all come from the right side of politics, there's a clear pattern thats formed. Your memory is very convenient.
Our media is rubbish, blind freddy can see that. But there are some worse than others.
