he, he, he, as if they could decide that and acheive it, very funny, shows what a loony tunes bunch this is, what will they do, put in some nuclear plants and convert the wind generator farms into wind FAN farms to cool the world because they decide it is too hot ??
I am all for efficiency, less pollution, preservation of forests etc etc, just spare us the drama and "Chicken Little" fairy tales please.
